Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between App Str LLC, a U.S. company (hereinafter "Mediumora", "we", "our"), and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the User", "you") wishing to access the paid services offered on www.mediumora.com.

By subscribing, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 - Services Offered

Mediumora offers the following services:

• Discovery Service (Free): Tarot readings with basic interpretations and general card meanings.
• Premium Trial ($1.99 for 24h, then $19.99/month): Full access to personalized analyses, practical advice, in-depth interpretations by our psychic, card connections, and spiritual messages.
• Premium Direct ($19.99/month): Immediate and unlimited access to all Premium features without a trial period.

Article 3 - Pricing and Payment Methods

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars ($) including all applicable taxes. Mediumora reserves the right to change its prices at any time; new prices will apply to new subscriptions.

Article 4 - Subscription and Renewal

The Premium subscription is concluded for a period of one month and automatically renews on each anniversary date, unless canceled by the User.

For the Premium Trial offer: At the end of the 24-hour trial period, the subscription automatically converts to a monthly subscription at $19.99/month, unless the User cancels before the end of the trial period.

Payment is automatically processed on each renewal date.

Article 5 - Cancellation

The User may cancel their subscription at any time, without fees or penalties:

Effect of cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The User retains access to Premium services until that date. No pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining period.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the User has 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Exception: If the User has fully used the service during this period, the right of withdrawal may be limited in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Article 7 - Service Access

Access to Premium services is immediate upon payment validation. Mediumora commits to providing access to the service 24/7, subject to maintenance operations.

Mediumora cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, technical problems beyond its control, or scheduled maintenance operations.

Article 8 - Nature of Services

Important disclaimer: The psychic and tarot reading services offered by Mediumora are provided for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.

They do not constitute:

• Medical or health advice
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Any other professional advice

The User acknowledges that the interpretations provided cannot replace the advice of a qualified professional and that they remain solely responsible for the decisions they make.

Article 9 - Liability

Mediumora commits to providing its services with diligence and professionalism. However, its liability cannot be engaged:

• For decisions made by the User based on the interpretations provided
• In case of force majeure or events beyond its control
• For indirect or intangible damages
• In case of non-compliant use of services by the User

Article 10 - Intellectual Property

All content on the Mediumora site (text, images, graphics, logos, illustrations, interpretations) is the exclusive property of App Str LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of this content is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable by law.

Article 11 - Data Protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: www.mediumora.com/confidentialite

The User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and transfer their data, which can be exercised by contacting contact@mediumora.com.

Article 12 - Modification of Terms

Mediumora reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect upon publication.

Users will be notified by email of substantial changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 13 - Disputes and Mediation

In case of dispute, the User is invited to first contact Mediumora customer service at contact@mediumora.com to seek an amicable solution.

For European consumers: In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge in case of unresolved disputes.

Article 14 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by U.S. law (State of Wyoming). In case of dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, USA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For European consumers: This clause does not affect your rights as a consumer under applicable European regulations, including the right to bring action in the courts of your place of residence.
